I am an Assistant Professor and Anna Julia Cooper Fellow at the University of Wisconsin-Madison's department of Industrial and Systems Engineering. I am interested in how trust is formed by multiple users in technological systems, the system effects of trusting or distrusting attitudes, and designing for trust. My current research looks at trust in medical technologies.
